We don't mean stalking clients for briefs or feedback, and overselling jobs to candidates that aren't right. We prefer to take time to meet all our clients and candidates, see the work they're doing and really understand where they're heading. Because you can't be in a people business if you don't get out and meet, well, people.
We've all worked for some of the big names in the business long enough to know what works and what doesn't. We're more about the long term relationship and doing the right thing, we've been there and done it with the high pressure tactic players. It's all a bit short sighted for us.
And because we're not packed in like battery chickens, we build genuine rapport with our candidates and clients. Continuity is more than a buzzword for us, it's a way of life. You won't find yourself having to re-brief to someone new every time you call. We work together as a team, pooling knowledge, ideas and our vast network of contacts so we can help each other and ultimately, help you. Group hug anyone?
Culture is as important to us as ticking the skills and experience boxes, we understand that finding someone who'll fit with the team you already have and the vibe of the agency can be make or break even if someone looks perfect on paper.
It can be stressful, looking for work, looking for people, remembering to eat lunch when you're on another unpaid pitch. So we've made sure we don't add to the stress with prompt payments and a simple timesheet system. Well it's not rocket science.
