PREVIOUS DIGITAL AGENCY EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
A successful candidate will bring persuasion, great communication skills and an ability to draw people together to achieve a common goal.
Areas of your experience which are crucial to the role will combine behaviours and skill sets as follows:
The successful candidate will be adept at building strong relationships with junior and mid-level clients. Running day-to-day projects and will be trusted by them to deliver.
They will be an active listener with the ability to debate and press the agency view whilst respecting that of the client.
Successful candidates will be able to spot challenges quickly and present options to solve with their Account Director and support to the Account Executive below. An Account Manager must demonstrate knowledge of the entire client's business, how they make their money and their biggest successes and challenges.
Creativity and Fame
People who can offer an opinion on all creative work, competitor work and have a view on the category generally.
They will be interested in wider industry news and excited to share interesting finds with their team and department and will add to the creative process, providing clear considered feedback on behalf of clients with a view to solve in partnership with the rest of the team.
Successful candidates must be able to identify where the agency can grow the client's business. They should be able to anticipate financial needs regarding forecasting and billing instruction and display seamless management and time organisation of their own and others time.
They should also be able to create timing plans, budgets and carry out other necessary business administration.
Ways of Working
A successful candidate will need experience of all copy clearance systems and legal requirements. They will support working relationships between Account Management and Delivery teams.
They will be able to manage production of any research approach including stimulus and analysis and be able to complete scope of work documents in conjunction with the Production team and clients.
