Title of Position: Digital Designer
Department: Creative
Reports to: Digital Operations Director
General Summary:
The Digital Designer combines experience, market knowledge and input from other digital and creative team members to help create original and innovative campaigns and content. He/She must design content that is of the highest quality and constantly demonstrate outstanding creativity. He/she will contribute to the development of the company’s projects as an individual, but also have specific ownership of given projects where He/She is required to act as overall creative guardian from start to finish. He/She will share industry experiences with team members through preliminary planning to delivery on the content to the client.
Overall Responsibilities:
• Design of client campaigns and deliverables
• Communicate and information in a concise and professional manner whether in a verbal, written or visual context
• Produce and programme projects from initial ideas through to delivery of assets
• Maintain excellent skills in the main programming and design packages associated with the web and multimedia areas
• Deliver high quality design at all times
• Effectively time manage yourself
• Constantly report back on progress of projects to Digital Operations Director
• When required work as a team with Copywriters, Photographers, Illustrators,
Other Designers, Account Managers, and Marketing Specialists

• Digital Operations Director
• Directors
• Account Management
• Digital and Creative team
Term Of Employment: Full Time – As per contract
Qualifications:
• College Degree or equivalent
• Good overall sense of digital creativity and innovation
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with Team Based Work Structure
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility on the job
• Good Organisational Skills
• Excellent Knowledge of Adobe CS4.
• Good understanding of current market trends
• Proven ability to time manage and deliver on schedules
