Department Profile

Our department is a talented and dedicated group. We have been newly joined into ‘Client Investment’ teams, bringing buyers of all disciplines together working towards the common goal of producing the best work for our clients across all media.

The power of new technology is at the forefront of what we do, and our digital capability is obviously central to this. Now all media disciplines are working closely together on each client’s business, we are able more than ever to integrate this into everything we do.

We are a dynamic team with a strong belief that digital should be at the heart of every advertising campaign.

The Team

You will work within a team of 13 talented media buyers across all media – one of two client investment teams within the agency. This team is led by a Client Investment director and two Account Directors. You will report into an Account Manager and alongside the other digital executives and wider team, you will be responsible for both digital output and wider integrated solutions.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate should have a good knowledge of digital media buying and delivery (minimum 12-18months), and inquisitive to keep up-to-date in a fast changing arena. You should be passionate about delivering outstanding work on every campaign, and be constantly looking to see how online works with other media. Core skills should include:

• Negotiation skills
• Work well with people – within the team, within the wider agency, with clients and media owners
• Competent with ad serving technology, including both standard and rich campaigns
• Confident with full media planning processes and use relevant tools
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn new processes and technology quickly
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Creative and open to new ideas
• Interested in and experienced with technology
