The company is looking for real digital talent; a person who can be a real evangelist and has a great understanding of how digital will evolve in time to come.

If you are looking to lead projects using your own initiative and have always wanted to manage and grow a dedicated team then this is the place.

The right candidate will be working on a mixed bag of large design and build sites to rich media advertising campaigns and mobile phone applications. The agency has also promised that the ideal candidate will not be restricted to working on particular accounts but instead will be able to focus on working across all of the major accounts.

Key responsibilities for the project manager are:

- day to day management and direction of your digital accounts

- effecting strategy and creative on key account

- working as part of a team but also mentoring and managing of account managers and producers

Key skills needed:

- at least 5 years experience in a digital agency, you’ll need to demonstrate excellent Project Management skills with the ability to manage clients at all levels

- experience within a big brands

- good solid understanding of digital communications and the creative process

- excellent communication and people skills.
