Social Account Manager
Digital Gurus are working alongside one of Europe’s largest and leading content agencies in the heart of London who are looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join them. The ideal candidate will be the main point of contact within their Social team, identifying and driving new initiatives and ensuring the smooth running of all client accounts.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside an established and growing client base, one that boasts a vast selection of house-hold names in a variety of sectors. You will be a master of content and social marketing and have a proven track record in communicating confidently and creatively!
- Main point of contact for all client matters in the Social team
- Identifying budgets and forecasting, reporting on the income and expenditure of the department
- Confidently communicating with the team and ensuring they are aware of any developments and issues in projects
- Developing costings and schedules for projects across a selection of platforms
- Regular liaising with the content producers as well as clients to ensure content schedules are appropriate
- Liaising with clients to ensure approval is given on time for all projects
- Regular liaising with the finance department to ensure the budget is met for each month
- Ensuring the paid media budget is tracked and reported across all social media channels
- Attending status meetings with clients and circulating minutes for these
- Working towards new business opportunities
- A team player with an enthusiastic attitude
- Exceptional communication and presentational skill set
- A problem solver with the ability to operate efficiently and effectively under pressure
- Great understanding of content and social marketing
- A proven track record in building robust relationships at all levels both internally and externally
